This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the official HydroLabs online store (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it is no longer considered a “cancellation.” It becomes a return or an exercise of the right of withdrawal (where applicable).

For hygiene, safety, and/or product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once shipped if they are opened, used, or have a broken seal, except in the case of verified defects, damage in transit, or issues attributable to HydroLabs.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
If the seal is broken or the product has been opened/used, we cannot accept a return for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item arrived damaged/defective.
Our fulfillment process begins very quickly. We can only guarantee cancellations or order changes if we are notified within 15 minutes of the order being placed.
After that time window, orders may already be in processing or transit and cannot be canceled or modified.
If you have a subscription, you can cancel it at any time to stop future renewals and shipments.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Any order that has already processed or shipped may still arrive.

We don’t offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you’d like a different product, please return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days from the order date and then shipped the next day after the processing day.

Once shipped, most of our deliveries happen within 4–7 business days. We encourage you to provide your phone number at the checkout page so that our shipping carriers can reach out to you to coordinate the delivery, if needed.
While we use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
HydroLabs ships products internationally using a wide range of international shipping vendors.
Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 2 weeks.
Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. Contact HydroLabs if you do not receive your purchase within 3 weeks upon order placement.

Additional charges for customs, import, duties, or tax fees must be paid by you. We don’t control these charges and we can’t predict what they might be, as we ship worldwide, and customs policies differ widely depending on destination. Please contact your local customs office.
